Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel automatic renewal
You can stop future automatic renewal from My Account or through SafeGhost Support. SafeGhost asks for explicit confirmation before submitting a cancellation. Once cancellation is confirmed and accepted by PayPal, future recurring charges stop.
Access after cancellation
Canceling automatic renewal does not normally remove already-paid VPN access. Your account should continue to show the paid-through or access-until date, and access remains available through that period unless another billing or security event changes the entitlement.
Cancellation is not a refund
Stopping renewal does not automatically refund a charge that has already completed. If you want a refund, submit a separate request through SafeGhost Support and include enough information for the payment to be located after you authenticate.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, payment state, service history relevant to the request, PayPal status, and applicable law. SafeGhost does not promise a universal automatic refund window on this page. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law.
Reversals, chargebacks, and disputes
If PayPal reports a refund, reversal, chargeback, dispute outcome, or other payment event that invalidates a previously verified payment, SafeGhost may reconcile or adjust the related VPN entitlement. A payment dispute is not the same as a normal cancellation request.
How to request help
Use SafeGhost Support for cancellation, refund, billing, or payment-status questions. For routine renewal cancellation, a human should not be required when the self-service account action is available.
